Does dairy cause acne? There is a very high probability that it does since it is made out of milk and some research suggest that it does. It is said that acne is closely related to the blood sugar metabolism and to chronic inflammation.

You need to understand that sugar can spike up your insulin level which could give you a quick fix of energy boost but it would also trigger a hormonal reaction that would increase production of sebum oils by making the sebaceous gland go into an overdrive. The sebaceous glands is what produces the sebum oils and if there is too much oil produced there would be an acne problem.
